Admission

FEES

  1. The school fees are charged for 12 months and collected in three installments in June, September, and December. The amount of the school fees is determined by the management and may be revised periodically.
  2. Fees should be paid on or before the 10th of the month in which the installment is due at the school office, and an authentic receipt must be obtained. Students should present the fee receipt to the class teacher, who will record the receipt number and date in the diary and return it to the student.
  3. Please pay the fees on time to avoid receiving reminders and memos. Delayed payments will incur a fine, and waiving of fines will not be considered. Those with unpaid fees may not be allowed to participate in tests or examinations, attend classes, or may be sent home at their own risk.
  4. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the student has not attended school for a single day.

WITHDRAWALS

  1. Parents should not assume their children will remain in the school until Xth standard unless they consistently score good marks and exhibit good behavior. Students who fail or are irregular may be detained, and parents must then remove them from the school.
  2. The school reserves the right to expel a student for serious disciplinary violations without prior notice to the parents. The principal’s decision is final in such cases. For issues like irregular attendance, misbehavior, and disobedience, the principal will counsel the student and parents. If unsatisfactory, the principal will remove the student.
  3. To withdraw a student, parents must submit a signed application. If withdrawn during the year, term fees for that period are payable. For end-of-year withdrawals, a written application must be submitted at least one month before reopening, or parents must pay the first installment fee of the next academic year.
  4. Transfer certificates, exam results, and testimonials won’t be issued until dues are paid. No certificates will be issued on holidays or vacations.
