Parents
PARENTS CO-OPERATION
- The school requires parents to collaborate with the staff and management.
- They must maintain regular communication with school authorities regarding their child’s academic progress, daily attendance, and behavior in school.
- Parents are requested to refer to the diary and sign accordingly.
- Parents are welcome to meet the principal to discuss their ward’s progress, preferably by appointment.
- Every student should be provided with all prescribed books and educational tools.
- The school management strongly advises parents not to allow their wards to bring valuable items such as expensive pens, mobile phones, watches, jewelry, transistors, video games, etc. The school will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to such items.
- Progress reports will be sent to parents through their wards. Parents or guardians should sign the report card and return it to the class teacher within three days of receipt.
- It is incorrect to assume that arranging tuitions will automatically improve your child’s performance or guarantee promotion.
- If parents have any complaints, they should bring them to the notice of the principal, not directly to the teachers.
- Parents are expected not to send their child to school when he/she is sick.
- If a child is late, he/she will be sent back home.
- Parents must note that the management has the right to admit, detain, or promote any student.
- Parents are encouraged to meet the principal/teachers whenever such meetings are arranged. These visits should be utilized to understand the school system and the issues faced by their children so that their development can be properly monitored.
- Parent-teacher interactions are scheduled from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on the last Saturday of every month.
